Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Wubing Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. about TinyMate. Please read them before you use the app.
1. What this app is
TinyMate (the “app”) is developed and operated by Wubing Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). It is a tool that runs on your device and helps you make decisions, stay focused, and calm down. It is provided for entertainment and reference only — not professional advice.
2. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, provided you comply with these terms.
3. Purchase and refunds
The app is distributed through the official Apple App Store. Any charge it carries is made through Apple: refunds follow Apple’s refund policy and are requested from your system settings, and your purchase is recorded against your Apple ID, so on a new device you can obtain the app again with the same Apple ID at no extra cost.
For versions distributed through Google Play or another official store, the charge and any refund are likewise handled by that store under its own policy, and the purchase is recorded against the store account it was made with.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way contrary to public decency; not to copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the app’s source code; and not to use the app in any way that harms other people or the public interest.
5. Intellectual property
The app and everything in it — including but not limited to its interface, text, artwork, audio, and code — belongs to us or to the respective rights holders. You may not use any of it without our written permission.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. We give no express or implied warranty as to its availability, accuracy, or completeness. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
7. Changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app at any time, and we may revise these terms from time to time. Revisions are published in the app; continuing to use the app after a revision takes effect means you accept it. Where the law gives you rights that cannot be given up this way, nothing here takes them away.
