The short version: the app asks for no account and sends nothing about you, or about how you use it, to any server. Your data stays on your device.
1. Introduction
Wubing Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains how the app collects, uses, and protects your information.
2. What we collect
Personal identity information. The app requires no account and does not collect your name, phone number, email address, or any other personal identifier.
App data. Options, templates, history, stats and settings all live on your device — no network, no sign-up, no upload. Uninstalling the app removes everything.
3. How information is used
The data above is processed on your device alone; it does not leave your device in the course of that. We do not sell, rent, or share any of your data with third parties.
4. Third-party services
The app works locally and has no in-app purchases, advertising or analytics services. It is distributed through the official app stores; any charge is processed by the store, and we receive no payment information about you.
5. Storage and security
Because we do not collect or store your personal information on any server, there is no server-side risk of that data leaking. Your device’s data is protected by the iOS / Android system security mechanisms.
6. Children’s privacy
The app is suitable for users of all ages, and is rated 4+ — children aged 4 and over can use it. We collect no personal information from anyone, children included. There is no account and no registration, the app carries no advertising and no analytics, and nothing about a user, or about how they use the app, is sent to any server. There is therefore no child’s data in our hands to hold, use, or share.
If you are a parent or guardian with a question about your child’s use of the app, or you believe we have inadvertently collected information about your child, write to us at kaylio.ouyang@gmail.com and tell us about it. We will look into it and delete it if we have.
7. Your rights
You can clear the data kept on your device at any time by uninstalling the app. You can also contact us at any time to ask what data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. An updated policy is published in the app with the date it takes effect; continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the updated policy.
